Policies & Services

Every person 4 years old or older must have a valid admission ticket or season pass to enter the park. Admission tickets and season passes can be purchased on our website and at the park. You may leave the park and return on the same day by presenting your ticket or season pass to the gate attendant for re-entry.
If you leave the parking lot, you will be required to pay the Kentucky Exposition Center’s parking fee to re-enter unless you are a season pass holder. (See parking policy for more details).
Please keep all tickets for proof of purchase. Tickets are non-refundable.
Consecutive two-day tickets must be shown on both visits.
If you are a season pass holder, you must present your season pass (digital or card) on every visit to enter the park. Season passes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Season passes are specific to the holder and may not be used by anyone other than the pass holder. Failure to follow these policies may result in revocation of the pass.
Please note: Season passes and general admission tickets are not valid during park buyouts or select special events.

Our Policy: Kentucky Kingdom welcomes families and guests of all ages. It is the intention of this policy to enlist the cooperation of parents and other adults responsible for children to ensure that our park continues to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all. Responsibility for children attending the park rests with the parent/guardian/assigned chaperone, not with Kentucky Kingdom personnel. Details of the policy are as follows:

• Guests aged 15 and under must be accompanied by a chaperone.
• Guests without a chaperone who cannot provide identification proving they are at least 16 years of age will not be permitted entry.
• Kentucky Kingdom considers chaperones as a parent, guardian, or other supervising adult age 21 or over with a valid ID, including a photograph and date of birth. Valid types of identification include driver's license, non-driver ID card, passport, visa or military ID.
• Each chaperone can accompany up to 6 guests aged 15 and under.
• The chaperone must be present at the time of entry and remain within the park for the entire duration of the party's visit. To further clarify, for sake of convenience, the chaperone does not need to accompany the entire party for the entire time.
• Guests aged 15 and under should have the telephone number of their chaperone.
• Organized and ticketed group events, such as school, church, corporate, summer camp, sports, and other pre-scheduled group visits are exempt from the policy as these groups have established chaperone policies and practices already in place.
ATMs are located at the Season Pass Processing Center near the entrance to Kentucky Kingdom and inside 5D Cinema store. For your convenience, food locations, retail shops, and games throughout the park accept cash and credit cards. See the park map for ATM locations.
So that we can provide a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable experience for our guests, please follow all park rules, signs, and instructions.
