Give Back This Holiday Season with Kentucky Kingdom and Norton Children’s Hospital
This holiday season, Kentucky Kingdom invites you to experience the magic of Christmas at Kentucky Kingdom while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children across Kentucky. Learn how your visit can support Norton Children’s Hospital through special events, proceeds, and opportunities to give.
A Ticket That Makes a Difference
At Christmas at Kentucky Kingdom, your holiday experience extends beyond snow tubing, dazzling lights, and family fun. This year, a portion of the proceeds from every ticket sold will be donated to Norton Children’s Hospital, Kentucky’s only free-standing children’s hospital serving families across all 120 counties.
By purchasing a ticket, you’re not just enjoying the largest holiday event of its kind in the state—you’re helping to provide vital care and support to children in need.
Give a Gift, Get a Gift
Now through December 15, 2024, Kentucky Kingdom will host a holiday toy drive in partnership with Norton Children’s Hospital. Guests who bring a new, unwrapped toy to donate will receive a “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” coupon for a hot cider or cocoa to enjoy during their visit. All donated toys will be delivered to the hospital before Christmas, ensuring children spending the holidays in the hospital feel the warmth of the season.
“As the only free-standing children’s hospital in Kentucky, serving children from all 120 counties in the commonwealth, we are thrilled to partner with Kentucky Kingdom. This partnership is enhancing the lives of children in our region and elevating the quality of life for all Kentuckians,” said Lynnie Meyer, R.N. Ed.D., FAHP, CFRE, Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer, Norton Healthcare.
The Impact of Giving
This partnership is about more than holiday cheer—it’s a testament to the community’s power to make a difference. Every ticket and toy donation contributes to providing critical care and creating brighter futures for children across the state.
"We are beyond excited to share Christmas at Kentucky Kingdom with Kentuckiana families and start a new tradition of creating memories worth repeating together," said Sarah Worrell, Kentucky Kingdom General Manager. "Our partnership with Norton Children’s Hospital is central to the holiday spirit—giving back and bringing joy to the lives of others."
