Louisville’s Family Theme and Water Park Plans to Fill 400+ Open Positions for 2024 Season
Louisville, KY.— February 13, 2024— Kentucky Kingdom, Louisville’s Family Theme and Water Park, will host a job fair on Sunday, February 18, 12pm-4pm at Kentucky Kingdom (937 Phillips Lane, Louisville, KY 40209). For the 2024 season, Kentucky Kingdom plans to hire more than 950 seasonal employees to ensure that each guest has the best park experience making memories that will last a lifetime. The park is currently seeking to fill more than 400 open positions in a variety of areas.
During the job fair, attendees will have the opportunity to speak with Kentucky Kingdom’s department leaders to learn more about the park, the wide variety of available positions, and the competitive benefits of working at Louisville’s favorite entertainment destination. The first 150 attendees, ages 16 and up, will also have the chance to participate in interviews conducted by department management and Human Resources staff.
In addition to the wide range of available seasonal roles, Kentucky Kingdom also offers a variety of unique internship opportunities to help jump-start a career in the hospitality industry. Available internships include:

Kentucky Kingdom offers competitive pay beginning at $14 per hour with opportunities ranging up to $20 per hour. Applicants who will be 15 years old by April 30th may qualify for limited seasonal positions starting at $12 per hour. Attendees will have opportunities to win prizes throughout the job fair. Many positions require candidates to be at least 16 years old while some have minimum age requirements of 18 or 20 years old. A limited number of positions are available for 15-year-old candidates.
